i got 60.67 marks and GATE(2019) score of 696 in CSE? In which of IIT's and NIT's can i get admission for M. TECH?

Hii Vikrant, Your marks and score good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting medium ranked IITs such as IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Varanasi,etc and some higher rated NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal,etc.You can also check for Colleges on Careers360 Gate College Predictor.

According to our previous year analysis for Mtech Admission in IITs and NITs, with the score of 696 in CSE you can expect a seat in follwing colleges:
IIT Guwahati Computer Science and Engineering 600
IIT patna
IIT Hyderabad and below.
Please note that every college has their own admission eligibility criteria also.
