There is no any thing like govt demeed mbbs seat. It's either government college seat, central University College (BHU,AMU),AFMC, or deemed university college seat and Private colleges seat. Except Private colleges all others seat counseling is conducted by MCC through AIQ COUNSELING for 15% seat. Now deemed university colleges counselling is also conducted MCC but their fees are very high almost starting from 12 lakh per annum. Now as per your marks and category, I m sorry to say but you will not get government colleges seat either through AIQ COUNSELING or state quota counseling of both states you mentioned. You have preety chances that you will get deemed university colleges seat which holds high tution fees. Also you have pretty much decent chance that you will get private medical colleges in uttar pradesh you can try that.
