So why are asking for mtech???!!! Mtech is UG lvl degree...
U go with your interest. If u like engineering then go for viit, otherwise u can go for bsc. Bt bsc is time taking & vit has good placement

sir m tech software engineering is five year integrated course, it's eligibility is 12th

Oh yeah, it's a dual degree, btech +mtech .. Bt VIT Mein dual degree nehein hota
