MBBS is a costly prograam...

As the fees of obly government college is low and your score is not like that you can get a seat in it. .so that you jave to go for private only..

So, to answer your question, the fees for MBBS ranges from 60k per annum to 25lakhs per annum , depending on which college you are getting in. Generally government colleges have comparatively lower fees than the private colleges. Now, with your score, I'm not really sure whether you will get a government college because the cutoffs for government colleges are really very high, and your score is good but not enough.  You should still wait till the end of all the counseling rounds to be clear of that.
