Yes, you can pursue your M.tech in IPU.The eligibility criteria is as follows:

• The candidate must score minimum of 60% aggregate in MCA.

The admission is  based on the merit in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test Engineering) or CET (common entrance exam).
You can pursue your M.tech in computer science engineering, M.tech in information technology
or M.tech in Information security.
