Answering your question, I believe though nothing much can be said without analyzing the JEE mains paper 2020. 

But your rank should be under 5k to get a seat, assuming you fall to be Other state in all these NIT's

Regarding this, I would recommend you to score above 220 to be on safe side.

As we cannot say what will be the rank / marks required in next 2020 coming year.
But we can have an idea about the ranking and cut offs for different colleges based on the previous year cut offs .
Each and every college has its own cut offs and it varies according to the ranking and popularity.
You need to secure atleast 7-8 thousand rank for a decent college .

For getting mechanical engineering in nit trichy,rourkela,surathkal,warangal your rank should be below 5000 in general category and should score more than 200+ in the JEE mains exam,which ich require hard work. Also, you should in the top 20 percentile of 10+2 board exams.
