Hi.
Well, in India 95% of the colleges which are not specified for any specific degrees, offers Computer Science it's not just about CSE Every college in India must have core branches & CS being Core it's available in all colleges and some of the colleges which are best for CS after IIT & BITS Pilani are International institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad & Bangalore according to me.
