In my opinion you should go for BTech in NSUT.

Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) Delhi, earlier known as NSIT (Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology) boasts of 100% placement with many students getting multiple offers. The record says that 120 companies offering high-end packages visit the campus each year for placements. Usually, 67% of the recruiters repeatedly visit NSUT during the campus placement drives each year.

Several NSIT graduates have managed to get into reputed Indian B-Schools like IIMs and FMS, while some others were offered opportunities to pursue higher studies in the Universities, including Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, etc. In 2016, an MTech student of NSIT Delhi managed to bag the highest annual package in the history of the institute, which is Rs 1.25 crore . EPIC and Snapdeal offered a salary package of Rs 80 LPA and Rs 15.25 LPA , respectively which became the second and third-highest remuneration of 2016 batch. The average package of the institute usually lies between Rs 7-7.5 LPA.
