with the domicile in up you can take admission in many government colleges:

KGMU Lucknow - King George's Medical University
State Ayurvedic college and Hospital, Lucknow
UPUMS Saifai - Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences
and many more

with an ews quota and mbbs in maharashtra you can take admission in:

AFMC Pune - Armed Forces Medical College
BJMC Pune - BJ Government Medical College
and others

these are subject to variations in rank each year
