72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the Masters degree in the subject concerned or in allied subjects with at least 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/ differently abled candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognized institution of higher learning. The Departmental Research Committee (DRC) of the department concerned shall decide, subject to the approval by Academic Council, the relevance of allied subjects.
