BPSMV Sonipat Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

BPSMV Sonipat has hostel facilities on its campus. BPSMV Sonipat has 14 women’s hostels, which accommodates around 4,000 students. Each room in the hostel is well-maintained and has furnished rooms. BPSMV Sonipat hostel facilities include reading and study halls, indoor games spaces, and common rooms with Dish TV. BPSMV Sonipat hostels maintain their hygiene standards and provide a safe and comfortable environment for girls.

BPSMV Sonipat facilities include a centralised library, which is fully air-conditioned and has a vast space. BPSMV Sonipat central library has a wide collection of books, journals, theses, e-resources, and digital databases like DELNET, INFLIBNET, etc. BPSMV Sonipat library also has a reading area where more than 90 students can sit. It includes reprography and reference services too.

BPSMV Sonipat students have access to a variety of outdoor sports facilities like volleyball, basketball, etc., and competitive events which are organised by the Department of Physical Education. The university is also planning to set up a Judo-karate centre, which will also enhance the sports infrastructure and help students to be physically active.

BPSMV Sonipat campus offers IT labs that are well-equipped with modern IT infrastructure and technology. BPSMV Sonipat has a dedicated learning resource centre which is specially designed to cater to the needs of women in the English department, such as communicative English training and other learning tools. BPSMV IT infrastructure supports both academic and language-learning activities.

BPSMV Sonipat has an on-campus cafeteria that offers hygienic meals and even provides part-time employment opportunities for students. BPSMV Sonipat also has a mini market, which is a shopping center. Eleven shops are situated in the Mini Market/Shopping Centre, catering to the needs of students and residents of the University. One ATM of Punjab National Bank is also situated in the Mini Market.

BPSMV Sonipat facilities include modern auditoriums to host cultural, academic, and co-curricular activities.BPSMV Sonipat also has a fully furnished conference hall situated in the administrative block adjacent to the office of the Vice-Chancellor. All the meetings of the University, especially the statutory meetings, and with the high profiles of the State as well as the Centre/UGC, are being conducted in the Conference Hall. The Conference Hall is fully equipped with all the latest technologies/instruments.

BPSMV Sonipat has two guest houses to provide food and lodging facilities for visitors/ guests. BPSMV Sonipat guest house is equipped with modern facilities such as conditioners, a dining hall, 24-hour running hot and cold water, free Wi-Fi, homely food, quietness, an LED television, a rejuvenation centre, sophisticated and well-groomed service staff, and spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished rooms, intercom facilities, etc.

BPSMV Sonipat includes an around 110-bed hospital that provides round-the-clock healthcare services to students and staff, which reinforces the college's commitment to well-being. 

BPSMV Sonipat ensures seamless transport facilities with university-operated buses, which ensure safety, and Haryana Roadways buses also run at select hours to and from the University.

BPSMV Sonipat has a dedicated gym facility on the campus, which is well-equipped with modern infrastructure to promote health and fitness among the university community.
