CCS University campus is large and well-organized, with separate buildings for different departments. One of the features is the Maharana Pratap Singh Library, which is a central library having a rich collection of academic and reference books. The university also places equal emphasis on sports and extracurricular activities, with, football, athletics, and indoor games facilities, making it a balanced atmosphere for students.
In My course, professors concentrate on imparting theoretical knowledge as well as practical implementations, particularly in areas such as accounting, economics, and business law. The course is updated according to current academic and industry standards, which keeps the students compatible with competitive standards
Placements at CCSU are very average. Though the university conducts placement drives, only a handful of start-up firms like Internshala, Planetspark, and MyCaptain have come for recruitment in the last few years.
The infrastructure offered is ordinary. The lecture rooms are not properly maintained, and the project facilities usually go out of order, impacting the quality of the lectures. The Wi-Fi facility, particularly in hostels, is slow and unreliable, which makes it difficult to participate in online classes or submit assignments.
Teachers are often helpful to students in knowing practicalities of the course and giving advice in terms of internships or further studies. A good relationship with faculty members is helpful, as they assist considerably with academic and industry knowledge.
Placement activities mainly concentrate on other technical or professional courses, so the commerce students mostly look for off-campus placements. Even the students pursuing finance or accountancy specializations can get guidance through networking or internship programs.
The infrastructure is of simple and average type. There are no advanced classrooms or sophisticated lab facilities. The library is good enough and can accommodate about 400 students. It is well air-conditioned and has a good collection of commerce-related literature. Food is plain and ordinar you will eat ordinary food, not fantastic food.
The course curriculum is updated, which is industry based and comprises courses like accounting, business law, economics, and finance. Semester exams are not tough, and the student who achieves the middle rank can clear by achieving 30% marks, which is the passing mark.
Placement.placements for B.Com students in CCS University are not very good. Last year, only 30% of the students were placed. The maximum package was around ₹8 LPA, and the average package was around ₹2.5 LPA. Companies like HCL, Uttam Trips, Colab AI Technology, and Zscaler visited the campus.
Infrastructure and facilities for BBA course are adequate. Labs, library, and computer labs are air-conditioned, but the classrooms are not usually air-conditioned. Classrooms are functional but not very good. Mess and canteen food is fine, not excellent but okay. Facilities of the hostel are there with basic amenities. Medical facilities are available in the campus.
The BBA course is as per the guidelines of the university and includes subjects required for business acumen. But the course is theoretical in nature. The teachers are friendly and helpful. They simplify things on green boards and whiteboards.
BBA placements in CCS University, Meerut are extremely average. 30–40% students are placed, mostly in startups or lower organizations. The highest BBA package is approximately 5 LPA, the lowest is approximately 1.8 LPA, and the average is around 2.5–3 LPA.
The CCS University campus is of large size and provides serene environment for studies. It possesses all the major facilities such as a central library with quite a good collection of books, post office, and a health center. The classrooms are not modernized but are simple in nature.
The teachers in the B.Com department are extremely senior and seasoned. All of them have been teaching here for an enormously long time and possess rich subject matter knowledge. They are extremely old-fashioned in their approach, with the emphasis being more on theoretical learning and less on practical exposure.
Based on my experience as an undergraduate commerce student at CCS University, Meerut, I can say that placement opportunities for the course were zero in reality. The university lacks a proper placement cell for undergraduate commerce students, and we had to source jobs ourselves.
The infrastructure of CCS University campus is good and well maintained. The campus is big and has basic facilities such as an on-campus bank, ATM, post office, and even a police station, which ensure security and comfort to the students. The library and classrooms are spacious and well maintained, and sports and other extracurricular activity facilities are good. There are some old buildings which can be renovated, but overall the environment is student-friendly.
The CCS University teaching faculty are experienced and capable, but the majority of them possess an outdated teaching approach. The course is not revised frequently to the latest industry standards, which may prove to be a drawback for those looking for newer and more practical learning.
I have finished my B.Com (Hons.) from CCS University, Meerut, in 2020. One thing that can be seen here is that the university does not give much placement to B.Com students. Campus hiring is done rarely, and all the students are left to self-employ after finishing the course.
The campus of the university is quite large and well organized , with good classroom infrastructure, a reasonably good library with recent books, and computer centers. Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the campus, and classrooms are reasonably well-furnished though not highly modernized. The campus have Police station for security pf students inside the campus.
Teachers are easily accessible and mentor students well, particularly in subjects such as taxation, business law, and accountancy.Regular workshops and seminars are organized to enlighten students regarding the current trends in the profession.
The university focuses more on academic achievements than campus placements. Certain private firms do make occasional visits with jobs in accounting and finance for 2.5 to 3 LPA packages. Students either opt for government recruitment or higher studies.
The infrastructure is pretty good, but it's minimal. The classrooms are large, and there are some smart classrooms for interactive classes. The library has a decent collection of commerce and management books, but the computer labs are average and could definitely use some TLC. There are hostel facilities, but the rooms are very basic, and the mess food is just average. They have sports facilities, but they're not very modern.
The course is mostly what the business world . The semester exams are decent and doable if you're going to class on a regular basis. The instructors, in general, do their job in preparing students for the workforce, but a lot also has to do with your own study and work.
Placements at CCS are not that good for BBA students. Maybe 30% of course students get placements. They offer the highest salary package of about ₹7 LPA, but the students are expecting an average of ₹2 LPA. Most of the placements are of the entry-level type like sales executive, business development, and customer service.
The campus is quite large and has a traditional feel to it, but don't expect anything really modern. The classrooms are large but plain, and though the library is well-equipped, the reading spaces do get congested when exams are near. We have a reasonable sports ground and some indoor game facilities, though these aren't always maintained very well
The professors are knowledgeable and accommodating. They all genuinely care that students do well, but as with any government university, you will need to take a lot of initiative on your own. The lectures are theoretical, so if you want hands-on exposure, you will need to do internships or online courses outside of class.
Some small organizations do visit, but the job roles are typically junior ones such as sales or clerical-level accounting, with salaries of ₹1.8–2.5 LPA. If you’re really focused on getting a job straight after graduation, you’ll probably have to apply off-campus too. The university is more about providing a solid degree foundation rather than big placement support for commerce students.
The campus is big with all the basic things like a library, computer labs, and seminar halls. The classrooms are simple with normal furniture. There is a canteen, and sports facilities are not bad either. The library has a good collection of books on commerce, but digital content is not so good. Infrastructure as a whole meets basic academic needs very well.
The professors are really experts. They're old-school in their teaching style, and you'll have to attend classes to keep pace. They strictly adhere to the syllabus, but sincerely, you'll have to study on your own if you wish to excel in the tests or prepare for competitive exams. The B.Com course covers all the key topics, but you won't get much practical experience.
The placements of B.Com students at CCS University are not that great. There aren't many companies that recruit commerce students, so they mostly look for doing higher studies or appearing for government exams. Yes, there are some local finance companies and sales companies that do visit, but if you are looking for core commerce jobs such as accounting, auditing, or finance, the opportunities are kinda limited.
