The D Y Patil Deemed to be University School of Architecture is an institution dedicated to D Y Patil Group’s vision of imparting modern updated education in service of humanity. Established in 2018, the school is recognized by COA and affiliated to D Y Patil Deemed to be University. The main emphasis is on the development of student’s learning through involvement in various programs. Academic excellence is ensured by experienced faculties and facilitated by modern facilities. Admission on the basis of score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
In order to secure admission to first year of five year Degree course in Architecture, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria,
Passed Diploma in under 10+3 diploma (any stream) Examination recognized by the central/ state government or its equivalent examination and secured minimum 50% aggregate marks. (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only).
Notes : Rounding off of the aggregate % of marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination between 49.50% and 50%, (44.50% and 45% in case of Reserve category candidates) will be done while deciding the eligibility, as directed by the COA in view of the judgments of Hon‘ble Supreme Court of India and High Court of Bombay
