72 MonthsDoctor Of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Dairy Engineering program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned Offered by Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum qualification for admission to Ph.D. (Dairy Engineering) program shall be M.Tech. (Dairy Engineering)/ M.Tech. (Processing and Food Engineering), M.Tech. (Food Engineering) with minimum OCPA of 7.00 (out of 10.00) or at least 70% marks or equivalent at Masters level. They should have a minimum OCPA of 5.50 (out of 10.00) or 55% marks or an OCPA of 2.00/4.00 or equivalent at Bachelor’s level.
Note: Students from non-dairy background i.e. other than M.Tech. (Dairy Engineering) degree holder has to clear deficiency courses (if any) as suggested by the Advisory Committee of the student.
