Khalsa University, Amritsar Admissions: Khalsa University, Amritsa offers admission to various programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, M.Phil and Ph.D levels. The admission criteria for each course is different. The university provides admission to UG courses on merit basis. The admission to PG courses will be based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination. Admission to M.Phil and Ph.D programmes at Khalsa University, Amritsar will be given on the basis of a common entrance test conducted by the university. The students who have qualified UGC (NET)/ UGC-CSIR (JRF) examination/ SLET/GATE/GPAT/ICAR holders will be exempted from M.Phil./ Ph.D. Eligibility Entrance Test.
