NCC- NCC has been established at Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University to make students understand the importance of living a disciplined life which will also teach them to contribute their part in the upliftment of society at large. The students of NCC also take part in numerous other extracurricular activities including parasailing, paragliding, para dropping, training camps, National Integration camps, rock climbing and mountaineering activities like boat pulling/sailing and ship modelling etc.
NSS- National Service Scheme (NSS) is a youth programme which is established under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
