You can choose maximum three languages from any of the two clusters, You'd choose any two like one can opt for Spanish and German from the first cluster and the other one Korean from the Second. So Maximum You can choose three languages from maximum of two clusters.

It's not like that. Your curriculum has already mentioned the subject list or the domain you will study. SO you have to choose according to it. Ther are some elective papers you have to select that.
