If you are talking about Jawaharlal Nehru University.

JNU offers UG programmes like btech, BA bsc etc. 

It offers Btech integrated programs which take admission through marks of jee mains. 

It takes admission through Jossa counselling. You can choose JNU as prefered option in Choice filling at jossa counselling. 

You can get the lateral entry in the JNU(Jaipur National University) for MCA.

But JNU(Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi) does not offer lateral entry for MCA. It offers lateral entry for foreign language courses only.
