JNUEE Exam is done for admission in various UG and PG courses in arts and science for JNU itself and not on other colleges, you cannot apply for other colleges through JNUEE score.

Aligarh Muslim University and Jawaharlal Nehru University are independent autonomous institutions and no way linked to each other.
So, you can't get transferred from one to other.
Your only option is to drop the current year and take admission next session in JNU as a fresh candidate.

You can fill the form for JNU in the BTech course through the JOSAA counselling only . It doesn't have a separate form . How ever you must be clear that the tech offered by JNU is a 5 year dual degree course offering both btech+ tech /
