As per the eligibility criteria for admission to Jawaharlal Nehru University for M.Sc Mathematics, candidates must have passed bachelor's degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate. As you got 49% in your undergraduate degree, thus it makes you ineligible for the admission process.

yes you can definitely apply for entrance test of jnu for post gaduate entrance exam. there is no specific marks applied for sc/st /pwd  candidates to appear in entrance test. you need to have the pass marks in all subjects of your bachelors courses to appear in jnu entrance

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) doesn't have a law school , that is why, it doesn't offer any Law programmes such as LLB or LLM. It only offers M.Phil and PhD programmes under law and Governance Centre and International Law.

Jnu is ranked 3 in all over india. To get admission in jbu you must have a pretty goid score with a goid percentile. As per previous record 94 percentile and rank near about 500 is needed for jnu.
