24 MonthsMaster of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc) in Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Extension is a two years full-time postgraduate course and it is offered by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Wayanad.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry recognized by the University with an OGPA of 6.0/10 or equivalent OGPA/equivalent percentage of 50% marks in the traditional system. For SC/ST candidates the OGPA shall be 5.5/10 or equivalent.
The maximum age limit shall be 40 years for the General category and 45 years for SC/ST category. There is a provision for supplementary seats to the Departmental Candidates and relaxation of age up to 49 years. The students awaiting results can also apply.
Admission Details
Admission to M.V.Sc. the course is through an entrance examination and the interview conducted by the University. 25% of seats in each department is earmarked for ICAR candidates who qualify entrance examination conducted by ICAR and advised to the KVASU.

The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. A huge auditorium is available in our college. A huge playground is available in our college. Labs are equipped with air-conditioners. Classrooms are non-air-conditioned.
