Program covers all major areas of modern life technologies including Cell & Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Plant & Animal tissue culture, Bioinformatics, DNA Technology and Fermentation Technology and their industrial applications. Program empowers the conceptual and practical skills of biotechnology and introduces latest developments to meet UN’s SDGs. The program provides distinctive advantages to students as it finds applications in various aspects of life sciences.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate who has passed Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with Medical/Non-Medical subjects or equivalent examination with atleast five subjects including English as one of the subjects with minimum 50% Marks in aggregate from a recognized Board/University shall be eligible to join the First semester of B.Sc. Honours course in the concerned stream.
