M.Sc Health Economics at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) Offline Course

The program contributes to the development of health professionals and economists who aspire to make their presence in the highly promising field of health economics. The demand for skilled health economist is enormous in various fields of healthcare industry. In India, it  is the first of its kind comprehensive program offered at master’s level with two-year duration.

It is an interdisciplinary research-oriented program, designed based on industry inputs, aimed at preparing the candidates to improve human well-being with limited resources. It  will be offered in collaboration with other departments (Public Health, Bio-statistics, and Pharmacology). Also, the department is in discussion with select reputed universities in Europe and Australia for credit transfer/ study abroad/ internship opportunities. The program will enable the candidates to be an effective decision-maker in the domain of health economics, and its allied functional areas.
