Pu does provide defence quota for various courses.
As per the university following are the norms governing the defence quota.
5 % seats are reserved for the following candidates under the defence quota.
Sons, daughters,spouses of such defence personnel,para military personnel ,who died in action while on duty.

Panjab University, Chandigarh is honestly one of the most beautiful and lively campuses you’ll come across. Academic blocks are beautifully maintained and modern. Lecture halls are big and equipped with good audio systems.

University campus is huge and has a lot of space for people to roam and play along with the facilities like library and labs. The classroom are also updated and digitally equipped with WIFI facility.
