In my opinion, you should go for CGC Landran which is among one of the best colleges in Chandigarh.  You can go for PU Patiala as well.

Now regarding CSE branch, the faculty at CGC Landran is far better than the other two ones. So there is no doubt in choosing CGC college for better academics.

CGC Landran has a placement rate of 90% with more than 600 companies visiting every year. DAVIET college has a placement rate of 85%. Considering previous year's placement records for PU Patiala, the college had 100% placements by 36 companies but the average package isn't high and ranges between 4-6 lakhs on an average.

It is difficult to get B.Sc Forestry for your KCET Rank,  though you have not mentioned the Category you belong to Category and I have considered it as General Category and gave information related to it, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.
