You can surely apply for Bachelor of Arts (a 3 year course) at Punjab University.The admissions in the course is done on the basis of merit.The eligiblity for application in the BA program is that you must have secured minimum of 50% in 10+2 level.

Bachelor of arts in physical education is an undergraduate physical education course .The duration of course is 3 years. 

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B. A(Physical education ) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

PU can refer to all 3 Punjab , Pondicherry and Poornima University. But since Punjab University is the most common, I am assuming your question is about PU, chamdigarh. In Punjab University, admission to BSC courses is done on the basis of their common entrance exam called PUCET.
