The dates for the release of PUCET UG and PUCET PG are different just like other events. Candidates can check the merit list of Panjab University 2020 in the online mode. It depends on your reservation category. If you belong to any General merit category then you can't get a seat with this rank. But if you are from SC(G) or SC Rural then you can get College of Agriculture Navile, Shimoga easily as last year the closing rank was 12500 for SC Rural.

I assume you are asking about kcet . see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. you did not mention your category score , however since there is only two college which offer b.sc in forestry

No single room aren't available for btech students . UIET Chandigarh is the engineering department of Panjab University , so students are accommodated in any of the PU hostels in sector 14(main campus) or sector 25(South campus). Only PhD students in PU are eligible to get a single room .
