You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthess, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical courses across India. To be eligible for NEET, you need to complete 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If 58% is the overall 12th aggregate, you need to appear for improvement exams to be eligible for NEET.

Yes, it does. Final merit for admission shall be computed by the concerned department/centre after taking into account the relative weightage for final merit for admission in respective courses. In case of LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws), 50% weightage is given to Entrance Test Score and remaining 50% is based on Qualifying Examination. I hope it helps!
