As you are targeting PU entrance exams.

For this I agree that biology is the main subject. You have to study really hard. Take the help of previous year question papers or solved papers. This will give you a rough idea of which type of questions are asked in exam.

  • Eligibility criteria-

Panjab University will prescribe the eligibility criteria of PU MET which would be different for various management programmes at the university. However, the PU MET eligibility criteria remain the same and are stated below-

Most obtain a Bachelors or Master Degree with at least 50 per cent aggregate score (45 per cent for SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates) in any discipline from a recognised university.

The final year degree candidates are eligible to apply and can take the written test provisionally as well, but the result of the qualifying examination should be submitted later, as and when required.

Age Limit: No mention has been made age in the official prospectus of PU MET regarding eligibility criteria.

  • Cutoff-
Candidates who appear for the exam need to obtain a valid score though there is no exam cutoff, as per last year pattern. The PU MET cutoff is college-based which means that each of the participating institutes of PU MET will have their individual cutoffs for their respective admission process. Candidates need to contact the respective college(s) to get the related cutoff details.

Punjab University, Chandigarh conducts an entrance exam for admission in MBA courses. For MBA, candidate must pass Bachelors degree from recognized university which is the minimum eligibility criteria for applying the exam and must appear in METentrance examination.
The entrance exam is conducted in March-April.

The management courses offered through PU MET are-

  • MBA in Retail Management
  • MBA Banking and Insurance Management
  • MBA in IT & Telecommunications Management
  • MBA in Pharmaceutical Management
  • MBA in Infrastructural Management
  • MBA in Hospital Management

Candidates who will clear the PU MET exam will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
PU MET Selection Criteria weightage is as under -

  • PU MET Written Test 85%
  • Group Discussion 7.5%
  • Personal Interview 7.5%

Punjab College offers numerous UG courses like B.Ed., BCA, BFA, B.Sc., BBA, BA, Incorporated B.Ed., Coordinated LLB and LLB in different specializations.

Candidates must finish 10+2 assessment with applicable subjects from perceived board for least qualification for UG courses.

Admission to B.Ed. course is done based on the candidate's imprints scored in the bent test directed by the College and imprints acquired in the passing assessment. Admission to BCA, BA, BBA, B.Ed. (Custom curriculum) is done based on legitimacy. Admission to rest of the courses is done based on composed test directed by the college.

Panjab University, Chandigarh is a state university. It doesn't offer B.Sc B.Ed integrated course. It offers B.a B.Ed integrated course. It offers B.Ed courses and B.Sc courses also. But doesn't offer integrated B.Sc B.Ed course. You have to look for another colleges.

For MBA marketing in Punjab University you have to appear in the university entrance test. And on the basis of merit in that exam you will be eligible for MBA degree of two years.

One more thing you have to kept in mind your undergraduate score should be more than 50%.

Admission to Punjab University, Institute of Social Sciences Education and Research ( PU-ISSER) is for Integrated courses. The confirmation depends on Merit. So as to look for affirmation you should pass 10+2 from a perceived board with least 55% total imprints.
