24 MonthsM.Tech in Structural Engineering, a 2 year postgraduate program includes advanced structural mechanics, finite element analysis, structural dynamics, structural reliability and optimization, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, steel structures, design for wind and earthquake, tall buildings and towers, computer applications in structural engineering, etc.
This course is designed to produce engineers specialized in design, construction, repair, rehabilitation, and conservation, and maintenance of stability of structures. The major objective of the course is to impart advanced learning to eligible candidates in fundamental principles of Structural Analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Prospective students should have passed Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent degree from a recognized university in an acceptable field of Engineering, for the program.
- Minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course.
