General Category- 45334(maximum closing rank).

SC Category- 82529(maximum closing rank).

ST Category- 131191(maximum closing rank).

First of all hearty congratulations for getting such a good rank in ecet. Secondly, yes according to previous year cut off's you surely have chances of getting into the college as closing rank for computer science engineering was 6249, for ECE 7167, for EEE 19213, for MEC 15063. However

Dear Rahul, Velagapudi Pamakrishna Siddhartha Engineering college  participates in AP ECET for Lateral Entry into B.Tech. The admissions for B.Tech 2nd year in this college are based on AP ECET if you qualify in the Exam. Their college code is VRSE and the course fees is Rs. 61,200.

No you can't change your college after 1 sem or 2nd sem

You can change your branch if your college provide you the facility of internal slidding.

Since you have applied and waited till 3rd counselling, your college/course alloted in 1st and 2nd rounds of counselling will be withdrawn. You can get those seats back.
