The University campus houses well-ventilated spacious hostels for girls and boys separately. There are 5 hostels for boys at SKN Agriculture University, namely Bhabha, Pall, Raman, Arvind, and Dr Gautam Transit Hostel that can accommodate up to 400 students. The boys' hostel provides all the basic facilities and the hostel mess provides good quality, hygienic well-balanced food.

The University provides accommodation for female students with all the basic amenities. The girls hostel, pg girls hostel and new girls hostel have a total intake capacity of 250 students, each provided with a common room, television, water cooler, mess, indoor games, and internet Wi-Fi facility.

The University Library at SKN Agriculture University has a collection of over 47,000 specialized documents in fields such as Agricultural Sciences, Biological Sciences, Humanities, and more. It offers modern amenities such as CCTV, computers with internet access, and a Book Bank facility. The library subscribes to various print journals, newspapers, and magazines. Its main objectives are to provide information resources in both conventional and electronic formats and offer various services such as reference, internet access, and interlibrary loan. These services are available to students, faculty, and staff members of the university.

The University provides ICT facilities. The university has a central laboratory, computer lab, and virtual and smart classrooms.

The University has state-of-the-art laboratories that are well-stocked and equipped with the latest technology, to offer the most apt environment for learning. The central laboratory is fully air-conditioned and has a range of equipment including HPLC, GC, Deep freezer, Gel documentation system, DNA/Protein electrophoresis, Spectrophotometer, Centrifuges, Thermal cycler for PCR, and Tissue culture facility. It is open for use by students and faculty for their research projects. Additionally, there is a well-equipped computer lab with internet access for training students in Statistics, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
