For SC/ST candidates, the minimum marks required is 40% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics added together.
- Candidates passing the Diploma in Engineering / Technology examination with a minimum of 45% marks from the Polytechnics affiliated to AICTE approved Polytechnics are eligible for the Lateral Entry Admission for the B.TECH. program in the 2nd year. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum marks percentage required is 40% in Diploma.
