Master of Technology in Nanoscience and Technology is a full-time two-year postgraduate degree course, offered by the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
The admission is through the written test and interview conducted by University.
- A candidate must have passed the Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E/B. Tech) in (Mechanical, Ceramic, Chemical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy ), Masters degree in Chemistry, Physics Materials Science, Nanoscience & Technology.
- Candidates should have at least 55% marks in the respective qualifying exam.
- Note: M.Tech. (Nanoscience and Technology) is a Non-GATE and Non-Scholarship program. The students admitted to this program will not get any fellowship even if they have a valid GATE score.
