Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate must have passed the Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E/B. Tech) in (Mechanical, Ceramic, Chemical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy ), Masters degree in Chemistry, Physics Materials Science, Nanoscience & Technology.
- Candidates should have at least 55% marks in the respective qualifying exam.
- Note: M.Tech. (Nanoscience and Technology) is a Non-GATE and Non-Scholarship program. The students admitted to this program will not get any fellowship even if they have a valid GATE score.
