International Business is altogether different from domestic business. Every country has its own internal and external trade policy, civil and criminal laws, and different business ethics. Consequently, when it comes to entering international contracts, there can be disputes. Hence, CISG (Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods), commonly known as Vienna Convention, was promulgated by the United Nations so that there is a common law for global businesses. Anybody who intends to enter international business must be aware of International Business Law to succeed.

College Infrastructure

Upes has a great infrastructure. It’s situated in beautiful and serene environment full of greenery. Classrooms are also very spacious and Wi-Fi also works great. The only problem with the college is it’s situated in outskirts of the city.

College Infrastructure

UPES School of Business Management has a great campus with modern classrooms, a good library. and computer labs. It also has a nice sports area, including a swimming pool. The hostels are comfortable and have everything one needs.

I loved the place and campus of UPES.

UPES, has impressive infrastructure. The campus is well-designed, providing a conducive environment for learning. Classrooms are well equipped with all the facilities with modern technology equipments. The library is well stocked and where u can get all the required books. The campus is in the mountains of Dehradun, adding to its charm.
