PGIMS Rohtak is one of the top medical colleges of India. This college has many excellent faculties and the classes go on regular basis. The new hostel infrastructure is good although the college lacks WiFi facilities. The college building and the hospital complex, both are internally air-conditioned. The patient load is good so you will have good medical exposure. Students from all over India take admission here so it will not create an issue.

You havent mentioned your Category, Neverthless, in 2019, the cut offs for various Categories for PGIMS have been as follows:

General Category: 606

OBC: 493

ST: 433

The 2018 data has been as follows:

General Category: 506

OBC: 402

ST: 218

In 2017, the data looked like this:

General Category: 590

OBC: 584

ST: 460

Now this is a proof of how cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hi,

Well for your better understanding I am attaching a link below to one of our webpage where you will get all the information regarding cut offs of all the medical colleges be it private or government in the state of Haryana and that too category wise.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-haryana/amp

I hope my answer helps.

All the best.

The B.Sc Nursing counselling round 2 was completed only on November 26th for 2019 session. Again for 2020, the registrations will begin after June most probably. Mostly there will be an entrance exam in the month of August or September. After B.Sc Nursing, you will start getting paid atleast 10-15k every month and it will be around 15-20k for M.Sc Nursing.

Hello dear student,

I understand what you are trying to ask so according to to the cutoff of previous year 2018 the marks 460 needed by a student to get a seat through state quota as we don't have data available with us of 2019 with us.  Dear student every year cutoff changes pictures of number of factors that is increasing competition ,pattern of the paper, change in the number of students extra. So I would suggest you to get marks above 520 or 500 as you cannot rely and can't guess how much will be increase in cut off. I hope this was helpful to you.

Thank you and best wishes

We do not have 2019 data yet. Neverthless, in 2018, under State quota, 460 marks were the cut off.  Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So, you will need atleast 550 for NEET 2020 for a seat in this College.

Hello Jatin,

A candidate belonging to OBC securing a rank 24739 got a seat in Postgraduate Indian Medical Sciences, Rohtak through AIQ in MBBS.So you need to get a rank accordingly. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly. So you must be able to get a decent rank to get this college.

I hope this is helpful to you.

Hello Muskan,

The expected cut off for the state quota seat allotment for Haryana is 530. However, the cut off can very greatly depending on the competition and specially the level of the question paper.

Good luck!

Admission in B.Sc Nursing in PGIMS Rohtak is based on the marks secured in the entrance exam conducted by the University. Students passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology as subjects are eligible for the examination.
But the date has not yet announced. Last year the exam was held on 26th August, and the last date of receipt of application forms was 13th August.

Hello aspirant,

If we consider previous year cutoff then you have chances of getting a seat till the last round. Last year the cutoff of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak was 506 marks for a general category candiate. This year the cutoff may increase. But you have a score of 562 which is good. I think you can wait for the further rounds. The cutoff may increase by 40-50 marks this year till the last round. So do wait you have chances of getting a seat. Wait for the further rounds.

Thank you.
