Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 623 marks you hold a  very good chance to get a  seat in Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak

For example,

I don't have Neet 2019 cut off data for PGIMS Rohtak under state quota but yes in neet 2018, 486 marks for general category got a  seat in Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak   under Haryana state quota

Going by last year's cutoffs and your score, you have chances to get Pt BD Sharma Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences Rohtak but there are higher chances that the cutoffs will increase this year. So it may be difficult to get PGIMS. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
