Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering Rail Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by the Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, Vadodara.

Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate has Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

(i) Admissions to the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Programs are through JOSAA/CSAB (Joint Seat Allocation Authority / Central Seat Allocation Board).

(ii) JEE (Main)-2025.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya is pretty new ,so the campus infrastsucture is definitely a work in progress right now . that being said the current facilities are honestly quite good , and you can easily see it becoming a top tier campus in the next few years as construction wrap up . what makes it super unique and special is that its a railway-speacialized university and is that its a railway-specialized university ,so everything tailored around transportation and rail engineering, the classrooms ,hostels and living spaces are clean and overall setup is incredibly promising for the future.

College Infrastructure

1. Classrooms: Limited classrooms with no fixed classrooms for our batch, leading to frequent room changes, but now new Academic Block is been constructing, so hope in future we don't have this problem. 2. Laboratories: Labs were 4–5 km away, requiring travel by college bus for every lab session. 3. Hostel: The three-sharing hostel rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintaine.
