Coming to the infrastructure of the college. We have a large campus, but the ground is insufficient for all types of games . The library, which we do have, is the biggest and contains a large number of books. The hostel in our college premises is very well organised with all types of facilities. When it comes to taste, it is just okay
The teachers are helpful and well-educated in our college. But in our department, there is a lack of skilled faculty. Our course curriculum is relevant and helpful to the emerging technologies. The semester exams are not too difficult; it will be moderate to write. The pass percentage in every class will be 50 to 60 percent approximately.
Placements in our college are average . Companies like Oyo, Accenture, Microsoft,TCS, etc., will approach our college. Coming to the packages offered by companies are like 52 lakhs per annum is the highest package in our college and the average package is 3.5 to 4 LPA. The students who are interested in doing internships will utilise, I think, the students doing internships are not many. I don't have any idea of the roles offered by the companies
All college facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, and library are good and well-maintained. The hostel rooms are good, but the mess food is not very good, it is average and sometimes not good at all. The canteen is well-managed and good. There are a few big grounds and many small grounds for playing
Teachers are good, and a few are not, but most are knowledgeable. The course and curriculum are good. There are many things built into the course that make learning efficient. First-year semester exams are somewhat easy, while going it may get difficult. To pass exams, we need at least to get 40 marks out of 100.
According to the placement record, 82% of students get placed. The highest package offered is around 16 LPA, and the lowest is around 4-2 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc., visit for recruitment. I am not sure about the internships, but according to seniors' experiences, they get internships too.

Good placement rates but vary by programs and streams. The university also offers skill development and so provides placement events. Internship programs are also inconsistent, with some departments offering internships with formal programs.

Academics is very serious here you have to be very serious about attendance and cycle tests here you have to be very good here as it is easy to score good here and you have high competition around you
Depends on your hardwork entirely depends on cgpa you have to make sure you don't have any back in your resume as they filter on the basis of your cgpa and side project and your club contribution rest good
Very fun you evolve a lot
College is good
Infrastructure is above average for a DU college in that location. The lack of hostel is a downside especially if you are coming from outside Delhi. If you value library + campus location + sports/social space, DSC is good. But if you expect brand-new buildings, AC everywhere, big hostel/residential campus — you may need to adjust expectations.
For a general UG college under DU, the academics at DSC seem solid. If your aim is to get a strong foundational undergraduate education (especially if you plan PG or competitive exams), it’s a good fit. If you aim for very high-end specialized career path that demands state-of-the-art labs or strong vocational training, you might need to supplement accordingly.
If your interest is in a commerce/analytics/finance/marketing route and you aim to actively engage with placements, DSC offers good opportunity. But if you expect “top tech company for all students in all courses”, that may not be realistic. Ensure you supplement with personal skill building (internships, projects) especially since the college is not specialized tech/engineering.
Campus life at DSC is one of its stronger aspects. If you like being involved in societies/events and value a vibrant undergraduate experience (beyond just academics), this college looks promising
Our college has decent infrastructure and we don't have good equipment in machine learning and deep learning labs Classrooms are pretty good, labs are okay Sports are great, talking about library it's great
I'm studying engineering and branch is AIML... So basically i will say that... Our hod is a good one he supports in every thing that we do.. and coming Coming to curriculum... It's not upto the mark and by this we didn't get the jobs in any company... We need the skills not the CGPA
I have experienced my placement when I was in 3rd yr our TPO encouraged me to participate in the drive I have participated and got good experience it's 4.3 lpa package in a startup... But coming to reality there is no joining letter it's only offer letter
This thing I can cherish... No one stoped me to do anything... Everyone supported me from the principal to the faculty
The college has good infrastructure and facilities like a library and labs. But the students weren't able to access the college Wi-Fi, as it is only available in the library for a few minutes. The classrooms are quite spacious. The canteen is a waste of space as they don't provide anything except tea, chips, and biscuits. That's all the canteen provides to students. Meals are provided to hostelers.
Some faculty members are friendly and helpful in situations, and others are not. The course is 70% relevant as they provide some other subjects which weren't considered in the group. Clearing semester exams is quite tough as the evaluation is strict.
there were no placements for my batch for 2026. As per our seniors, the highest package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.5 LPA, which were offered by Amazon, Genpact etc. Most of them were offered the role of graduate trainee, associate engineer etc.
The college infrastructure of the college is pretty good. Boys and girls have separate hostels within the campus. It has digital classrooms and sufficient labs. Every block consists of Wi-Fi, and a library is also there, but it will not be open sometimes. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
The teachers are good and explain everything in detail so that every student can understand. This course curriculum is good, but they do not prepare you for the industry; you have to learn separate courses. The end-of-semester exams are not hard, but you can easily write them.
The college offers campus placements. The number of students that got placements is a minimum of 60-70%. The placement cell has gotten better than before, so you can be assured of a job if you study hard. All companies will drive to campus, and internships are also assured.
The infrastructure of the college is not so bad. In fact, our college is located between mountains and a lake, which is pretty scenic to watch. We also have a digital library and 24-hour Wi-Fi available all through the campus, and we do often have fests happening in college events.
The pass percentage lies between 40 to 50. Yes, the courses offered are pretty good, and the faculty are also professional, and they mainly train you in the core subjects so that we can get into the work side of our course and achieve something. Exams are conducted in other college centers.
70% of the students were placed in the last year 2024, and many more are coming this year. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Genpact, and Infosys. Almost every student gets an internship, and there are very good opportunities.
The University of Visva Bharati has a proper and complete traditional ambience. The University campus is very calm and best for educational events. The students are able to explore the campus and take admission in any part of the campus.
Here, the education is fully nature and modern blended. The professors are inspired by Tagore's Thoughts and regulations. The University campus follows the 'No backbenchers' rule from 1921. The academics are very helpful to understand.
As the Shantiniketan is situated in a rural area so the placement are little bit affected by it's location. But the University placement cell offers various type of small scale to high scale jobs in several fields.
We have very poor infrastructure. Labs don't have proper working computers and they don't have internet connection also. Classrooms are not up to the mark. We don't have ACs in our labs and students don't come to the college regularly. Students don't have seriousness about their future..
Faculty is very poor and therefore, not so good. They are not qualified and they don't have much knowledge about their subjects. We don't have regular classes and even teachers hesitate to teach classes. Semester exams are conducted in our respective centers. Pass percentage is very low.
Maximum students will be placed in our college. The highest package offered is 7 LPA, the lowest package is 2 - 3.5 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. Mostly TCS will recruit in our college. Less students got internships in our college.
Vast campus, academic and administrative building, a central library, computer labs and Wi-Fi among other features. It has several canteens and auditoriums, a health facility, sports facility, and residential accommodations in hostels.
Visva Bharati provides undergraduate, graduate and research degrees in a variety of academic fields, including the arts, humanities, social sciences, science and education. Regular academic programs, the university is renowned for its distinctive approach to education and emphasis on rural development and cultural interchange.
Department specific placement figures at Visva Bharti University vary. Some programs claim placement rates of about 70% and an average package of about INR 6 LPA, while others have lower rates and fewer opportunities. Different departments provide internships for students specially those in the arts, pursue higher study or obtain employment.
The Bhavanas are very equipped and well maintained. There are many buildings such as Padma Bhavan, Bhasha Bhavana, Vidya Bhavana, and others. The library is very large with great collections of Books.
The Visva Bharati University provide the educational benefits to every students. The students can easily use the library books whenever they want. The campus ambience is fully educational and cultural. The academics are inspired by Tagore.
The University placement cell offers various type of jobs in several fields . The small and large companies offer various types of jobs to the mertious students. The students can go and choose their own preference for the job from outside also.
The University of Visva Bharati has a great educational ambience and environment. The academic buildings are well maintained and the security is very organized in the campus area. There is police station and hospital in the campus.
The students are applicable to study in free air. As the University of Visva Bharati is a public central university so the education is free. But the students have to pay the minimum revenue of the University.
The University always try to take the initiative for placement offers. The University placement cell try to engage with several companies and they organize job fair for the students. And the placement cell offers various type of internships.
The infrastructure needs some improvement. The printmaking press is old and needs an upgrade. The grinding section gets very hot—fans or AC should be added. Studios are okay but need better maintenance.
Academics are average. The syllabus could be updated with new teaching methods and digital tools. Practical learning is fine, but the overall model of study feels outdated and slow.Faculty should try some experiments in teaching for better understanding.
Placements are limited for fine arts students. Few internship chances are provided, mostly self-found. The college can support better career guidance and links with creative industries. There is need for better communication channel for all over growth in placements.
