Since it is a autonomous college, the B.Com curriculum is regularly updated with relevant subject like GST , and accounting. Most of our commerce professors are highly qualified and very supportive.the college mainly focus in bookish knowledge but we really need practical training.

Placement is strictly average for BCom students.the college placement cells bring few local finance firms and mass recruiters like TCS and tech Mahindra.only about 30 to 40% get placement in a low packages. Between 2-3 LPA . Most of us choose M.com or MBA after graduation.

Life here is disciplined but you will get bore if you want fun and all. The best parts is active NCC ans NSS wings and annual sports and on our large playground.however there are very less grand cultural events .

Talking about infrastructure, APJ’s and all the rooms are air conditioned, except for a few rooms. The wi-fi facility is available throughout the campus, so there are hardly any network issues. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards and the library provides a peaceful environment for studying. SAC is great during summers and sports complex has every facility needed for different activities. Rhe washrooms are also clean and well maintained.

Academics here is decent overall. Some faculty members are very supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help students. Lab classes are held properly. We have to maintain 75% attendance. At times, the academics pressure can feel overwhelming, when multiple assignment deadlines and exams come together along with the constant fear of maintaining a good CGPA, but it becomes manageable with time.
Placements
Placements are good overall, especially for tech branches. According to recent reports, the average package has been around 18LPA and the highest package going up to 65 LPA. Core placements are also decent. Recent reports show that around 55 out of 120 were placed through campus placements.

Vivekanandha college for arts and sciences for women has a very good infrastructure with well maintained classrooms, labs, seminar hall, conference hall and hostel and they provide good food many more. They do focus more on the infrastructure development every year and they do recently build the indoor game centre and well equipped parlour for girls.

Jabalpur engineering college has a great and huge campus of 250 acers it's huge gives some old vibes not maintained properly there is bank, canteen, library and auditorium called jashan hall inside the college campus. Talking about laboratory so you will get labs for each necessary subject inside the department building only hostel facilities are provided by the institution I will kot say that college campus is well maintained living space is clean and hygienic you will get fresh and clean water also

I am studying Industrial and production engineering in jabalpur engineering college because of the management field including engineering concept in it I love to explore backend systems. Quality of teaching is good not best but yes it is nice. Talking about course curriculum it is old yes updated in 2023 but yet the boilers like old concept are included in the curriculum

Quality of placement is not too good in jec in past 3 years yes it is being improved after 2025 this year the placement percentage was about 50% and the highest package was around 21 lakhs the average package offered by the companies is 4-5 lpa and the major recruiters are tcs, volvo Eicher etc

Campus life at jabalpur smart college is nice not too good as I said because it is established outside the main city the campus area is huge you will get every facility inside the campus like bank, atm, library, labs, canteen location is safe a but outside the main city but yes safe there is a government hospital in 600 meters from college so it can handle basic emergencies

The first thing that really surprises new students is how beautiful the campus is. You cannot have a talk about life at SPPU campus without mentioning the canteen. The food at the canteen is not expensive. Sometimes the food is good. Sometimes it is not so good. People make decisions when they are having tea and eating vada pav at the SPPU campus canteen. Students talk about the problems they are having with school at the SPPU campus canteen. People start dating and break up with each other at the SPPU campus canteen. Overall a very nice place to be.
