College infrastructure is so good.. everything is well maintained and beautiful..college campus is filled with greenery and fresh environment so good and well maintained ground... faculty building is clean and are in good condition
College is good in academics. Faculties are also good and well educated..they teach each concept very clearly with projector representation in classes and practicals to better understanding.. professors provide us all the knowledge which is important
Placements is average... The placements in our college is not so good or not so bad ... placement is 100 percent...all student get placed in this college with a average or good package..some companies visit here which is really really good
The infrastructure is pretty decent. We have well maintained classrooms. There are dedicated labs for each department. The library has a lot of books. WiFi is something which is not that good, as the network is not good everywhere. Girls' hostel's rooms are not well maintained, they need repair.
Almost all the faculty is good, with a few exceptions of course (as talking about the mechanical engineering department). The curriculum is updated but for placements I think we need to study extra too.
This college is famous for its 100 percent placement, especially for core branches i.e metallurgy and materials engineering and mechanical engineering. The highest package offered was around 14 LPA. The average salary remains around 7 LPA.
The college campus is 57 acres . Its pretty decent campus, though hostel and mess tends to be very less maintained often. Food quality is very poor often. Classrooms are big and well maintained. Sports ground is good aswell
The professor are friendly but few professors tend to be very old fashion teaching style oriented resulting in problem. Overall if we study on our own it is valuable .cant fully depend on just the professors.
For mechanical department, previous batches have got decent placements and overall including all the branches, the placements are pretty decent. The college tends to provide enough opportunities for students .
1. Campus is too small 2. Infrastructure is good specially of girls hostel. They provide good facility 3. Cameras are not installed in every classroom. 4. Campus, hostel and all the buildings are clean
1. They all are very qualified and good in their respective field. 2. Faculty solves the doubt of the student they are very helpful in nature. 3. Metallurgy and materials engineering is best in this college.
1. It is not as good as i expected. 2. It is decreasing day by day. 3. Production students are doing great in placement. 3. Metallurgy and materials engineering is not as great as other thinks.......
College infrastructure is good. Spacious rooms, computer lab ,library, music room ,physics lab ,chemistry lab everything is perfect. Canteen, lawn, ro water for drinking, generator equipped with every essential thing.
All the professors are highly qualified with rich experiences in their subjects. The way of describing topics is very simple and nature of all the professors with students is friendly. They guide every student fo.r their bright future
PLACEMENTS ARE OK OK . It almost 40-50% of total strength . Students get fair chances for placeents. There is no lack of placement sources. College management help and guide every student to get placement .
The infrastructure is 10/10. The college is green and well maintained. The labs are very well organized and advanced. The classrooms are very spacious and comfortable to sit in. The central library has many books which u can easily borrow.
The professors are very friendly and interactive. They help you with studies and clear all your doubts. If there is any hackathons or events then they help you prepare for it so that you can learn and participate. They help you grow and learn.
The highest paclage of the college was 47lpa this year which was given by a japanese company and the average is around 6-7 lpa. If you manage to maintain good cgpa then you can easily get placed in good company.
The campus life is great as the students are very friendly and interact well. The canteen food is 10/10 and makes you east the food again and again. Make sure to try the masala dosa because its really good. The college conducts hackathons and events regurlarly.
Overall, the college is really good. If you are looking for a college which is peaceful yet fun then this is for your time to shine in our college.
I have been attending this college for three years now, and I have mixed opinion on the physical infrastructure, which is why I gave it three stars. I like the heritage value of the old building. However, I frequently find myself struggling with the heat in the non air-conditioned classrooms. I also wish that the campus had a more modern and dedicated computer lab for our department. The library is fine and has most of the reference books.
I give the academics a four star because I am receiving a strong theoretical foundation here, which is essential for my future plans of pursuing a Master's degree. The teachers of my department are deeply committed to their subjects and follows the syllabus of the Calcutta University but the syllabus itself is very vast for me.
Honestly speaking, I am disappointed with the placement opportunities for the Economics stream. The placement cell is focused mostly on the Commerce section of the college, and as a science student, I find the on-campus opportunities incredibly sparse and often irrelevant to my specific degree.
I love the vibe of my campus. I have met a lot of interesting students here and spending time with them is the best part of my college life. The college also organizes cultural festivals and different inter-college events. Overall, I feel a strong sense of community here.
The hostel facilities at Kamala Institute of Technology and Science are adequate maintained, offering clean and comfortable accommodation with basic amenities. The mess and canteen provide a range of food options, generally maintaining decent quality and hygiene. Students can expect a variety of meals, though quality can vary. Medical facilities on campus include a basic health center with first-aid and emergency services. The college also has sports facilities, including indoor and outdoor games, to support students.
The course curriculum at Kamala Institute of Technology and Science is designed to be industry-relevant, incorporating current trends and technologies to prepare students for real-world challenges. The curriculum includes hands-on projects, practical sessions, and industry visits, which help in making students industry-ready. The faculty members are experienced and qualified, with many having industry backgrounds.
At Kamala Institute of Technology and Science, Karimnagar, a significant percentage of students in various engineering courses secure internships, with around 60–70% participating in such programs. Internships are offered by companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and various local firms. Top roles offered to students include software development, quality assurance, and systems analysis. The college has a dedicated internship cell that facilitates these opportunities, helping students gain practical experience and industry exposure.
I remember the campus was quite small back then, mainly just the main building. My Electronics and Communication Engineering department laboratories were functional and I had the equipments needed for my coursework but I did not find much open or green space for me to relax or hang out, making the environment feel compact.
I feel the academic standard was very high. The syllabus was demanding and I learned a tremendous amount about my core subjects. Most of my professors had a lot of knowledge and they pushed me hard, which I now realise was important for my career.
I was very content with the placement opportunities presented to me and my batchmates. The placement cell worked hard, and most of the students were able to secure a job during the campus drive. I feel the college name carried significant weight and therefore we used to get a lot of placement options.
My campus life was extremely strict. I was required to wear a uniform, and the attendance rules were inflexible, leaving me little room for freedom or enjoyment. I feel I missed out on a typical college life experience as my time was strictly managed and focused on classroom attendance.
I was absolutely stunned by the massive size of the campus as it felt like a small-contained city to me. I found the Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering department and research laboratories well-equipped. I spent countless hours in the amazing central library.
My Master of Technology course was extremely rigorous and I loved that I was constantly challenged. I felt I was being taught by some of the most educated professors in my field, and I gained deep, socialized knowledge through my thesis work.
I secured a fantastic job effortlessly during the campus placements. I know the top core companies valued my specialization, and I found the placement process to be very efficient and successful for me.
I experienced great independence living in the hall of residence. I truly enjoyed the late-night talks and activities that me and my friends used to do. The college environment is fun but focused. Sometimes, I had to study during my free time because of the vast syllabus.
I have always appreciated having a dedicated research desk and reliable internet access in the department which is an essential part for a Doctor of Philosophy student. The laboratories were continuously upgraded, allowing me to conduct cutting-edge experiments for my thesis.
The research environment was exceptional and my supervisor pushed me to think globally and aim for top-tier conferences. I also valued the weekly research seminars and the ability to collaborate freely with the professors from other departments on interdisciplinary projects.
I rate this lower because I did not use the central placement cell. I handled my job search individually. I heard that the placement cell was more active for the students of Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology course. For me my course was more about creating career options than being placed by a recruiter, so I had to be proactive in networking and showcasing my original work.
I enjoyed a unique sense of community because I lived in the hall for many years alongside with other scholars, especially fellow researchers. I found my social life centered on my department colleagues and research group, which was perfect for me at that stage.
Yes, my college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards and projectors. The library has a wide collection of books, journals, and digital resources. The hostel provides good accommodation and hygienic food.
