My college is the one of the best campuses in Punjab for engineering studies. The environment is green and spacious, creating a peaceful study vibe. Classrooms are well-maintained, and the labs for different engineering branches are fully functional with modern equipment. The library is huge and stocked with books, journals, and online resources. Hostel facilities are good, with Wi-Fi, study rooms, and decent food quality. Sports facilities like cricket, basketball, and indoor games are available.
Academics
All faculty members are well-experienced and dedicated. Many of them hold PhDs and bring a strong academic and research background. They explain concepts clearly and connect them with real-world examples. Professors also support students in projects, startups, and internships. Workshops and training sessions are regularly held to enhance technical knowledge. Faculty members also encourage students to participate in hackathons, coding contests, and paper presentations.
Placements
Placements are very good, with many service-based and a few product-based companies visiting the campus. Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Cognizant are frequent recruiters. The average package offered is around ₹3.5–4.5 LPA, with top offers touching ₹8–9 LPA. The placement cell conducts regular training sessions, coding workshops, and interview practices. Students from non-IT branches also get chances in manufacturing and construction companies, though IT roles are more common.

I studied LLM as my interest lies in law. The teachers were good and helped students in every problem. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. This makes us job ready.

The placement is good. About 80% got placed. The highest package offered was 15LPA and the average package was 7LPA. The placement process was little bit hard for the students but the faculty helped the students.

The placement training cell organizes workshops to improve aptitude, communication, and coding skills. For non-IT branches, opportunities exist but are relatively fewer.

My Department have experienced and young faculty, making classes engaging. Teachers are cooperative, and they clear doubts patiently. Many professors use practical examples and case studies while teaching, which makes learning more interesting. Students are guided for projects, research papers, and competitions outside the college too. Faculty also help in preparing for GATE, GRE, and other higher education exams.

College has good placements record. IT and software roles are the most common, with recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra hiring in large numbers. The average package is around ₹4 LPA, and a few students from CSE/ISE branches bag offers above ₹8 LPA in good companies. The department is supported by Texas sponsored laboratory and Wi-Fi facility. Food served in the hostel was quite good and healthy. The importance of sports in our college is very good. Our college team is zonal winners of the year 2020, and they had won many trophies. Medical facilities are available in our college with doctors during college timings.

Teachers in our college are well-experienced with good knowledge. They did their bachelor and masters from prestigious institutions like Anna University, IIT Madras and Thiyagaraja college of Engineering. The course curriculum is framed based on satisfying the basic things needed by the industry. It makes the students to get placed in core as well as IT companies.
Placements
Out of 110 students from 2020 batch, more than 65 students got placed until now. Students got placed in companies like CTS, TCS, Abirami Transformers, Lucid Imaging, Suresoft, etc., visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Students got internships in companies like Keltron, Able Electronic, Hindustan Transformers, Fluxgen, etc.

Companies like LocalTech Solutions, WebNest, and SoftBridge occasionally recruit students for roles such as junior software developer, web designer, and IT support.

Academically, SBSE is considered one of the strong colleges of Delhi University especially for commerce. The faculty was experienced, supportive and many professors were highly qualified with research backgrounds.
Placements
Placements for the 2022 batch were relatively good, particularly in commerce related fields. Companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Wipro and many more visited the campus. The average package was around 4-5 LPA.
