The college infrastructure is not up to the mark. Classrooms lack proper seating and ventilation, and most labs are outdated with limited equipment. The library has very few relevant books and no proper digital resources. Hostel and canteen facilities are also below average, and Wi-Fi connectivity is very poor. Overall, the infrastructure does not support modern learning needs.
The academic quality is disappointing. Most of the syllabus is outdated and not aligned with current industry requirements. Teaching methods rely heavily on rote learning with little focus on practical exposure or innovation. Faculty members are not very interactive, and there is minimal encouragement for research or projects. Overall, academics fail to prepare students for real-world challenges.
The placement opportunities are very limited, and only a few companies visit the campus. Most recruiters offer low salary packages with little scope for growth. Internship support is weak, and students largely have to arrange opportunities on their own. The training and placement cell is not effective in guiding or preparing students for interviews, which makes the overall placement record unsatisfactory.
Campus life is not very engaging, with very few extracurricular activities or active student clubs. Events and fests are rare, and the overall environment feels dull. Sports facilities are limited, and students do not get many opportunities to explore interests beyond academics. The lack of cultural, technical, and social activities makes campus life monotonous and less enjoyable compared to other colleges.
The college has potential to improve but needs serious focus on upgrading infrastructure, modernizing curriculum, and strengthening placements. Better student support, more cultural and technical events, and stronger industry collaborations could make the overall experience much better. At present, students have to rely heavily on self-effort for learning and career growth.
poor infrastructure, they tend to build everything in an entire building, the architecture is not so good and the planning is very bad. there are very big classrooms but no ac. this makes very difficult to attend 2 hrs class.
again this is also not so good as most of the teachers just read from the slides and dont tend to share extra knowledge in the class room, they solve very easy questions and ask tough questions in exams.
Centralised placements with vit vellore is more a curse than boon to this college, it becomes very difficult for the students to get through the initial rounds of shortlisting and then being eligible.
decent campus life as the students who tend to join clubs and have a boot licking nature go along with their peers well, so they enjoy a good campus life in this university. but for others it is not that easy.
The infrastructure of Ramjas College reflects its heritage as one of the oldest colleges of Delhi University. The campus is spread out and has a beautiful old-world charm with red-brick buildings and a large green ground that adds to its appeal. However, when it comes to modern facilities, there are several areas where the college still needs improvement. The benches and furniture in most classrooms are quite old and uncomfortable, making long lectures tiring for students. Another drawback is the lack of adequate computer facilities, which often creates difficulties for students who need access to updated systems for projects or research. Many classrooms are not air-conditioned, which makes the summer months particularly difficult, given the heat in Delhi. While there are projectors in some rooms, technology integration across the campus is still limited. On the positive side, the library is spacious with a good collection of books, the laboratories are decently equipped, and the college has a strong sports infrastructure with large grounds and courts for various games. The canteen and medical facilities also add convenience for students. Overall, the infrastructure is decent but requires modernization to match the standards of today’s academic environment.
Academics at Ramjas College are fairly balanced, though there is room for improvement. The teachers are experienced and knowledgeable in their respective subjects, but many students feel that their teaching style is just okayish and not always very engaging. Some professors are excellent and go the extra mile to clarify doubts, while others tend to stick to traditional lecture methods, which can sometimes make classes monotonous. Despite this, the study material provided is reliable and useful. The college ensures that students have access to a wide range of resources, including prescribed books, handouts, and notes that cover the syllabus thoroughly. The library is also well stocked, which helps students supplement classroom teaching with independent study. Internal assessments and report submissions are taken seriously, encouraging students to stay consistent with their work. Overall, the academic environment provides enough structure to help sincere students perform well, but those expecting a very interactive or modern teaching approach may find it somewhat lacking. Nevertheless, with good self-study and the resources available, students are able to achieve solid academic outcomes, making Ramjas a dependable choice for academics.
Placements at Ramjas College are decent, though they cannot be considered exceptional across all fields. The opportunities are mainly concentrated in finance and consulting roles, with companies in these sectors being the primary recruiters during placement drives. Students from Economics, Commerce, and related streams tend to benefit the most, as they have a better chance of securing internships and final placements with reputed firms in these industries. However, for students from other streams such as humanities and sciences, the placement options are quite limited, and many have to rely on off-campus opportunities or pursue higher studies. The average packages offered are moderate, while a few top-performing students manage to secure attractive offers in consulting firms. The Placement Cell of the college is active and makes genuine efforts to bring in good recruiters, but the scope remains narrow compared to some other colleges of Delhi University. Internships are more easily available than final placements, and these also lean heavily toward finance and consulting. Overall, placements at Ramjas are okayish they provide a decent stepping stone for students in certain fields, but are not highly diverse or extensive across all disciplines.
Campus life at Ramjas College is vibrant and full of opportunities, making it one of the more lively colleges in Delhi University. The student community is diverse, with people coming from different backgrounds and regions, which creates a healthy mix of perspectives and cultures. Most of the students are friendly, approachable, and supportive, which makes it easy to build friendships and engage in group activities. The societies of the college are very active and offer students a chance to explore interests beyond academics, whether it is debating, dramatics, music, dance, or entrepreneurship. Cultural fests and events keep the energy alive throughout the year and provide platforms for students to showcase their talents. That said, like any large public campus, there are a few students who act like goons or indulge in unnecessary politics, which can sometimes be off-putting. However, such instances are not the defining feature of the college and the overall atmosphere remains welcoming and safe. Sports are also an integral part of campus life, with facilities for cricket, football, basketball, and athletics. Overall, the campus experience is very good, with a mix of academics, extracurriculars, and social interactions that help students grow both personally and professionally.
Considering all aspects, Ramjas College offers a balanced experience, especially for students who are self-driven and willing to make the most of the opportunities available. It may not provide luxury or

The teaching quality is generally strong and has also provided me a lot of insight into my strengths and areas I need to improve, besides learning different concepts and their real world applications. Most of the faculty are approachable, explain concepts clearly and also encourage us to take part in projects, seminars and extra learning opportunities. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics which really helped paint the picture of how different domains come into play in the real world. It's fascinating how the curriculum is updated as and when it is deemed required based on any recent developments in the industry, making it more future oriented. Apart from classes, we get several opportunities to work on different projects, attend workshops and seminars, and also participate in competitions. These experiences really helped building practical knowledge and map out how different concepts we learn, are really being implemented. Most importantly,it helped build confidence in what you learned and share ideas with more assurance. Overall, the academics here are very engaging and do prepare us for working in the industry through its curriculum and various passive learning opportunities.

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma (ARSD) is known for its infrastructure. Infrastructure of this college is the main reason of the high NIRF ranking of this college. Infrastructure includes of seperate boys common room and girls room. Also there is badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court and a huge ground for sports like cricket and football.
Academics in atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college is average according to me. No doubt that faculty is good but as teachers are also included in different societies it led to cancellation of scheduled lectures.
Placement in atma Ram Sanatan Dharma is also average. No doubt that big companies come for recruitment but the package amount is not that high as compared to other colleges. Average package of bcom(h) is around 5.5 lakhs.
Campus Life is good. Infrastructure is good moreover there are different societies where we can meet people from totally different backgrounds.
Campus is thoughtfully crafted to support both academic and social life. The lecture halls are ventilated and equipped with multimedia teaching tools. Labs are well-improved, particularly for Mechatronics, Electronics, and Computer Science disciplines. The teachers are well-qualified and experienced. They have good knowledge about their subjects. Their teaching quality is good, and they clarify our doubts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are tough, and the pass percentage is 65%
The top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, and Accenture. Nearly 80% of students got placed. The highest salary is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary is 3 LPA. The top roles offered are web developer and software developer. 70% of students got internships.
We had the best infrastructure. Chemistry and physics labs were all available. We had medical facility available for both hostelers and day boarders. We had so many canteens here for day scholars. We had a well-stocked library with AC. Sports were also available.
We had best faculty members, and they were well educated and qualified. They were well knowledgeable. They were very friendly to students while teaching. This course was relevant to software companies. This was not relevant to industries. The semester exam was moderate.
College University had the best placements. In Telangana, this was one of the best universities. So many students joined in CSE. This was one of the most complicated courses. So many top MNCs came to our university. Many students got internships.
My college offers a clean, modern, and green campus that’s conducive to both learning and relaxation. Classrooms are bright and ventilated, equipped with digital teaching aids like projectors and smart boards. Each department has well-equipped lab especially in CSE, ECE, and Mech which are regularly maintained for hands-on learning. The library is a student favorite, boasting a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources, along with quiet study spaces. Campuses enjoy reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable seminar halls, and an attractive canteen serving tasty, affordable meals.
All faculty members are experienced, approachable, and supportive. Professors focus on building strong foundational knowledge and encourage students to question, discuss, and explore concepts deeply. Many hold advanced degrees and bring valuable industry or research experience into their teaching. They are generous with extra classes, project guidance, and career advice. Students report that faculty are especially helpful during exam season and project submissions.
My college placement cell is proactive and highly organized, starting training as early as the third year. Students receive guidance in aptitude, communication skills, group discussions, and mock interviews. Major recruiters such as Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant, and Deloitte visit regularly, often recruiting large numbers of students. The average package ranges around ₹7–8 LPA, while top performers have landed offers exceeding ₹25 LPA in product and tech companies.
Each branch has a separate block. Labs are very outdated in the each branch. They have all instruments. There is a huge ground where sports are played like cricket competitions. An indoor stadium is also present where a tennis court is available for students.
Most of the faculty members are very interactive, while some of them are very interactive and pleasant. They act very cunningly towards the students. If a student fails, they don't help in clearing exams. In fact, they fail students many times which is really very disgusting.
About 60-70% of students get placed every year. Our college has a very strong base in terms of placements. Companies like Adani, Wipro, and many others visit the college. Great infrastructure, undoubtedly one of the best in Delhi University. One of the best Libraries, Spacious classrooms, good WiFi connectivity. Classrooms are fully Air conditioned and the computer labs are also very good.
Amazing faculties and students. Good blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. I am studying eco hons in this college and my experience is great here, the teaching pedagogy is very good.
Not bad placements, but the average is around 5.5 lacs and mostly for Bcom hons. Good support of internships by the Training and placement cell. Companies like Tresvista, Preferred Square, Oxane, DE Shaw came for recruitments.
Amazing campus life, good support from teachers, students and staffs.
College got awesome infrastructure, Spacious classrooms with projectors, well equipped labs for practicals with good and updated tools, and a big library with good books. Campus has its own gym, cafeteria, and Wi-Fi is too good. Campus is green and beautiful.
Teachers are super qualified and supportive. They teach agriculture nicely, mixing theory with practical knowledge. Curriculum is good, covers all agriculture topics. Field visits help us learn real farming skills and techniques.
Placement cell is active, brings agro-industry jobs like sales. Top companies visit the companies, but most jobs are in private sector. Packages could be better, but college helps with internships and job seminars. Good for starting in agriculture career.
Campus is green and gives good vibes, but not much fun activities. Sports and gym are there, but events are mostly academic. Hostels are comfy, and cafeteria is okay. Need more cultural events to make campus life exciting.
College infrastructure is very good and impressive and eco friendly environment ✨ Canteens are also well maintained ..wifi is also available and library is well maintained with lots of books also there are smart boards in the classroom with AC ...places are also clean and hygienic
For sociology I think academic is good ..but some professors of sociology need to change the quality of teaching like they need to be louder and clear so that we can understand as we have to study here
Placement in Miranda house highest was 21.5 LPA and average was 4.5LPA ... Like 5829 students got placement in 2022-23 in humanities and social science ..so yaa the placement is quite good here.......

Yes Miranda house is one of the best college of India as it has vibrant environment with lots of societies and seniors here are also helpful and cooperative..I would recommend cuet aspirants must target this college if you are coming next year DU..
Facilities in our department are quite good. We are provided with Wi-Fi for internet services. The equipment in the labs works very well. Classrooms are clean, and every class is spacious. Projectors are available in every class. The library is very large and contains more than 2 lakhs of books. Medical and sports facilities are very good. Hostels are old, and the infrastructure is not good for 2nd-year students, but good for the rest. Mess food can be rated 2 of 5.
Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and focuses on making students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately challenging, but the pass percentage is reasonably good, indicating a well-structured program.
In our class, approximately 63% of learners obtained placements through campus recruitment drives. The maximum package recorded is close to 5 LPA, with an average of 3 LPA and a minimum of 2.5 LPA. Foxconn, Havells, and similar companies are among the top recruiters, with team management positions being the most frequently available.
The infra is quite decent. The classes are spacious and well ventilated. The canteen and the maggie point is also very lively. The only concern is the auditorium which is in a very pathetic and a bad state.
The faculty is very well experienced. They are very helpful and guide students. They also focus on giving hands on experience to students by conducting various class activities. But they are at times very reluctant on giving marks in internals.
The placement opportunities are quite decent in the college. Various reputed companies and organisations come for placements and internship opportunities in the college. Also, the packages they offer are quite satisfactory.
