Uma Nath Singh Autonomous State Medical College, Jaunpur, is a newly established college which was established in the year 2021. Situated in Jaunpur of Uttar Pradesh, this affiliated college follows the national standard of medical education as accredited by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It is a great institute located on 50 acres of land, wholly committed to building a team of a qualitative medical workforce of the future. Out of twenty-two faculty members, the college conducts only a single course, the MBBS, which has an allowed strength of 100 students every year. 

It is an autonomous government medical college affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Uma Nath Singh Autonomous State Medical College possesses many infrastructural endowments aimed at providing for the overall college medical education. At the core of these is a fully stocked library for use by the students as well as the faculty. The college boasts of its accredited departmental laboratories to offer first-hand practical training to the students as required in the training of medical personnel. The institute has put in place excellent IT facilities.
