College Infrastructure
IIT Delhi offers world class infrastructure that truly supports academics and overall development.The campus is well planned and beautifully oriented with state of advanced classrooms , laboratories and a well stocked central library that is open 24-7 during exam times. Hostels are spacious and equipped with WIFI and sports ground. There are multiple food outlets and a dedicated student activity center that hosts various cultural and technical fests. The food is hygenic and have a good variety.
Academics
The civil branch is known for its rigorous academic curriculum. It has experienced faculty and a strong research focus. The courses are well structured blending both practical and theoretical applications. Professors are highly qualified and approachable . The department also organizes guest lectures and workshops by industry experts. While the work can be intense it helps to build soft foundation and future role in infrastructure sustainability and other possible fields.
Placements
The placement scenario for civil engineering at IIT Delhi is relatively modest compared to other branches. While the institute overall maintains a good placement records, Civil engineering sees fewer core opportunities and lower packages. In recent years only 56% of the students were placed to those who registered (84%). The average salary offered is roughly 10-11LPA which is very low compared to other tech branches. Many students pursue higher studies like GATE or UPSC instead of institute placements. Though some top offers rarely exceeds 20LPA but most of them lie between 6-12 LPA, making it important for students to actively explore internships , research on and off campus.

Faculty of the college was helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our college was good. Course curriculum of the college was relevant and was making students industry ready. Exams in the college were of easy difficult. The pass percentage was 96%

Our college giving good placements opportunities to its students. Approximately 47% students gets placements in our college. 7.12 LPA was the highest package offered in our college. 2.3 LPA was the lowest package offered in the course. Average package offered in our college was 4.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our college was TCS, Wipro, Tata Technologies etc.

The college has multiple buildings for different departments, and they are kept clean and organized. Classrooms are large enough and have proper benches, fans, and projectors in some rooms. Labs are maintained regularly and have the necessary equipment, especially for engineering practicals. The library is a good space for learning, with books from all branches and internet access for research. The canteen is clean and serves good food at low prices.

The teachers are quite approachable and friendly. They make sure that every student understands the topics clearly. Many of them use simple language and examples while teaching, which makes learning easier. Most of the faculty are well-qualified and have experience in teaching and guiding students. If any student faces difficulty, teachers help personally by giving extra time or simple explanations. The placement cell starts training students with soft skills, aptitude, and interview practice sessions from the third year itself. Many known companies like Infosys, TCS, and DXC Technology visit the campus every year. Some students have even received packages up to ₹6–7 LPA, while most average packages stay around ₹3 LPA. Mechanical and Civil students have slightly fewer chances, but the placement team helps them find opportunities outside the campus too.

Campus life of APSU is so boring as many student's do not even attend the college because there are no particular rule for attendance. Sometimes they don’t even take the attendance. And there is nothing so that students can engage in with.

As I've experienced, the professors are qualified and most importantly very nice and genuine. The classes inculcate discussions, debates. The teachers are kind and helpful. Our lectures are full of meaningful discussion and tutes with fun activities.

The placement cell of Daulat Ram College is quite active and is indicative. They not only organise placements but also various workshops, seminars and webinars to help students figure out their future and assist them.

Im pursuing BSc physics to explore the principal of nature and enhance analytical skills. Teaching is good with supportive facilities and clear explanation. The curriculum is solid but needs update on modern topics. It builds a strong base, but extra skills are needed to be Fully job ready.
Placements
Placement for BSc physics is limited, as core science roles a fewer. Most placement are for IT or BOP sector. Only 20-30% get placed. Highest package was around 5 LPA for CS students. Average is 2-3 LPA. The process is simple, and the college is supportive, but option for physics students are few.

The college campus is clean spacious with greenary and basic facilities. Best part is the peaceful environment: worst is limited modern infrastructure. Student can join clubs, sports, and cultural events. Teacher are helpful, stuff is polite. It is in a safe location and can handle emergencies fearly well.

The college has good Wi-Fi, a library, classrooms, and labs. All types of labs are available like AI, science, chemistry, physics, etc. The network is less but Wi-Fi is good. There are 2 hostels for boys and 1 for girls. Girls hostel is small so consider that boys hostel is spacious.

Faculty members are mind-blowing. They have good qualifications and provide a good concept of teaching. The course curriculum is not good as it has unnecessary topics like physics, chemistry, and Autocad for the CS students. It is easy to pass semester exams.
Placements
The college doesn't give good placements, and it is very average. All my seniors recommend does not expect any placements and try going on our own. Not much big companies come here so don't expect but in core branches, there are good chances as Jindal it self hire students.

The college teachers are relly help students and conduct GATE classes. They take students for industrial visits. The passing mark for all students is 50. Faculty is the best and most attentive. Students learn easily. They also provide good internships.

There should be a 6.5 CGPA is eligible for placements. The highest package is 23 LPA, and the lowest package is between 5-3 LPA. My course fee is 4 LPA. The college provides good placement training and supports students for placement.

The college has an impressive placement rate of 89%. The highest salary package offered is around 10 lakh per annum, while the average package is about 4 lakh. Internships are also provided, and to qualify for internships and placements, you should maintain a CGPA of around 7 without any backlogs. Companies like JSP, JSW, and JSPL come to recruit students from OPJU.

As a B.Sc. 3rd-year student at Subodh College, I’ve had a fairly good experience when it comes to campus life. The college maintains a disciplined environment, but it still offers enough opportunities to enjoy student life. The campus is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with decent classrooms, science labs, a library, and sports facilities. While academics are the main focus, Subodh also encourages students to take part in co-curricular activities. There are annual functions, science exhibitions, fests, debates, and sports events that give students a break from routine studies. NSS and NCC units are active, and they offer good exposure and learning experiences outside the classroom. The crowd is diverse, and you get to meet students from different backgrounds. Friendships, group studies, and casual hangouts in the canteen or lawns become a part of daily life. While it's not a party-oriented campus, you’ll find a balance between studies and social life.
