Hey Arjun.

No, the ranks that you have been alloted are not your final ranks, these are just the ranks based on your entrance test scores. Your admission will be based after giving 50% weightage to your entrance test marks and 50% weightage to your 12th boards exams marks. Also any additional weightage if applicable will be also be added in this. For example if you want admisison in BCOM LLb you will get weightage for studying each commerce subjects for that course. Hence a new merit list will be released tentatively on 19th July based on this combined score and admissions will be based on those.

In Bcom LLB, chances in Chandigarh campus are average. In the first counselling there might be less chances. And there are better chances in the subsequent counselling.
Chances for regional centres are good in the First counselling itself.
But this is just an estimate wait for the final ranks for a better estimate
