I got 28.25 marks in Pu ballb entrance exam (general category) with 1057 all India rank and 89.25 percent in 12 what are my chances in uils?

Hey.
Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally. As most of you have already got your both results a good score in it will put you at a great advantage.
There are 120 seats (both BA and BCOM) in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
Though the cut off chances each year according to the difficulty level of the paper and the level of Competition, only a fair estimate can be made regarding the marks.
According to your score your combined merit is around 58. Considering with chances in Chandigarh campus are not there. In regional centres too the chances are less.

Thanks for answering my question..but actually I want to know am I eligible now as the eligibility of the test is 15/100 for general category. And I got 28.25 marks.

Yes you are eligible. And you should fill the form and try for the counselling. As you don't know what the cut off might be and you can still try for regional centres. There is no harm in applying.
