College wise, BITS is a top college. So if you can get that, go for it

Taking admission in BITS will be very good if you are getting seat in BITS Pilani campus. You will get exposure to new world in BITS which is not there in state government college. You will need to take loans to study in BITS but it's worth it. If you are not ready to take huge loans VJTI will be good choice after BITS. SPCE have less number of courses see of Mechanical is available there. Finally compare placement offered.

Thanks. My score in BITS is 285. If I will not get mechanical in BITS pilani, shall I try at GOA.? What about Msc course at BITS. Shall I take instead of VJTI/SPCE.

I wouldn't suggest taking in Goa. If you get Pilani through MSc course. You can take it. Ask on bitsat forums about how much time it takes to complete MSc ( it's not 4 year course )  and difference in curriculum. In my opinion Pilani should be first choice and then vjti before Goa or Hyderabad campus of bits.
