Hello
Based on your rank in JEE main, you can get a seat in NIT Meghalaya and NIT silchar. You have less chances of getting a seat in core branches but still you might get it. For lower branches you can easily get them in CSAB spot round.

So please go for the CSAB spot round and try to get a seat for yourself.

Hello,
With your categorical rank you can apply for NIT silchar. You will get CSE branch for sure. The first round cutoff for general ews is 3427-5233 and for 7th round cutoff will increase. Chances are there still to get an admission. You can go for NIT meghalaya also. For security purposes apply for core branches also you will get it for sure.
You have good chances to get an admission.

For CSAB you can go to the official site and check for the vacancy and apply for the NIT colleges you find suitable. You will get it for sure.
