You can't predict your chaances of admission in a particular colllege like this. Instead you should reffer to the ranks of candidates that means how many students have scored good than you. The list is arranged on the basis of application number and not rank.

First of all you really sorted all the ranks out which is really amazing and i myself am a student in IPU so let me tell you supposedly if 4400 people are ahead of you not all of them intend to take admission as it happens all the time. Also this is the first time IPU is taking admission through JEE Mains rank so there is not much too expect to be honest. But if you have a Delhi Quota then it will really help. I think you should be able to get MAIT or BVP but what branch you'll get, is something not very clear. Wait for the stages of counselling to unfold to get a better picture of the situation.
